The Orthopaedic Institute of Ohio (OIO) will be offering athletic physicals to our high school and junior high school athletes on two selected dates in May to receive their athletic physicals for the coming year. The dates this year are May 4th and May 11th, OIO will begin at 5:30, and run physical exams until 8:00 pm.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT ALL STUDENT-ATHLETES HAVE A OHSAA PRE-PARTICIPATION PHYSICAL FORM AND A CONSENT FOR PRE-PARTICIPATION PHYSICAL FORM SIGNED WHEN THEY ARRIVE.
