The Kenton girls basketball team defeated Defiance on Thursday, Dec. 15 with a score of 57-51. The Lady Cats are now 6-0 and will travel to Riverdale on Saturday to take on the Lady Falcons. The JV game at Riverdale will begin at 1pm, followed by the varsity game. The Lady Cats will also travel to Upper Scioto Valley on Tuesay, Dec. 20th for a varsity only game beginning at 6:30.
The Kenton wrestling team will be back in action when the take on Ottawa-Glandorf and Elida on Thursday, December 22nd at St. Mary’s. The meet will begin at 6pm.
The Boys Basketball team defeated Benjamin Logan on Tuesday, Dec. 13 with a score of 78-68. The boys team is now 2-1 on the year. The boys team will host Defiance on Friday and will host Riverdale on Saturday evening.
The Swim team hosted Bellefontaine and Benjamin Logan on Tuesday the 13th at the Hardin Co. YMCA. The boys team defeated Ben Logan 64-23, and beat Bellefontaine 62-9. The girls swim team beat Ben Logan 56-35 but lost to Bellefontaine 65-29. The swimmers will be back in action on Wednesday, Dec. 21 when they travel to the Marion YMCA for the Mt. Gilead Invitational. Meet begins at 6:30.
The Wildcat Bowling team fell just short against Ottawa-Glandorf on Thursday, Dec. 15. The boys fell 2507-2668 &
the girls 1956-2008. The bowling team will be back in action on Thursday, Dec. 22 when Defiance comes to town for a 5pm start.
